RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

At The Weathered Barn we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent customer service, therefore if for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, we will refund or exchange promptly within the guidelines stated below.

- Returns and exchanges for in-store purchases must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, with a valid receipt. We cannot return or credit items without a receipt.  We do not use preservatives in our bath & body goods and therefore has a shelf-life of 1 year.   Our products are made in very small batches on a weekly basis to ensure you are receiving the freshest possible goods.  This is why the window for a potential return is only 14 days.  Customers may return any item within that window as long as the item is unopened and unused.

- Online purchases have 14 days from the date of purchase to return. Please contact us before attempting to return merchandise. Returned items must be unopened and in unused condition. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Upon receipt and review of the returned merchandise a credit will be made to the original form of payment for the returned merchandise.
